Looking for greater ways to serve their patients and bring more healing modalities to the TNT Fitness and Wellness Center, Frank, Shannon and Dr Lytle created The Therapy Room in 2024.
Frank Vezzosi
Frank is the owner operator of TNT Fitness and Wellness Center in Mesa, AZ and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer.
He has a Batchelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University and has been a nutrition and fitness trainer since 1985.
Shannon is a physical therapist who owns her own practice providing one on one care for a diverse population of clients. Shannon has a strong manual therapy background for both injury and wellness/injury prevention. She prides herself as always learning and updating her skills and treatment options to best serve her patients.

Dr. Anthony Lytle
Dr. Lytle is a Naturopathic doctor who graduated from the Sonoran University of Naturopathic medicine in Tempe, AZ(formerly SCNM). He practices medicine in his personal office, NMDforme, and utilizes a host of treatments for his patients including IV Therapy, Hormone replacement, Peptide therapy, weight loss and more.
